If a tree is considered very dense in it’s appearance, possibly causing too much shade
over a property, then Crown Thinning can be a very effective method of increasing the light that passes through.
This does not alter the shape or size of the tree, and does not leave large wounds that can lead to infection.
This will allow wind and light to travel through the canopy easier.
